Where We Ship

We only ship within the United States — that’s it for now.
Why? Because we want to make sure every package gets where it needs to go safely and reliably. International shipping brings too many variables (customs, fees, delays), and we’d rather keep things smooth for you.

Order Processing Time

After you place your order, give us 1–2 business days to pack and prepare everything. That’s just the time we need to double-check your items, wrap them up properly, and get the label on.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Weekends? Holidays? Orders don’t move then.
And if things get unexpectedly busy (which happens!), there might be a slight delay, but don’t worry, we’ll let you know through [email protected] or even by calling +1 (804) 363-8212 if needed. We believe in being upfront.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Here’s how it works — no hidden stuff:

  • $4.99 flat rate shipping for all orders under $89

  • FREE shipping if your cart hits $89 or more

That means whether you buy one thing or five, shipping stays the same — unless you qualify for free shipping (which we always encourage!).

Once your order’s shipped out, it’ll take around 5 to 6 business days to arrive. That’s just the transit time — not counting the day or two we use to process it.

So in total? Expect 6–8 business days from order to doorstep.

Order Confirmation + Tracking

Once your box hits the road, you’ll get a confirmation email from us. Inside? You’ll find your tracking number, which usually becomes active within 24 hours.
You can follow your package’s every move — and yes, we check it too!

What If Something Goes Wrong? (Damage or Loss)

We take packing seriously, but… stuff happens. If your item shows up damaged or seems to have vanished mid-shipping, reach out right away. Use [email protected] or call +1 (804) 363-8212. We want to help.

That said, kyteyape.com can’t cover loss or damage caused during shipping — once it’s with the carrier, it’s out of our hands. But we’ll do everything we can to help you sort it out.

Tip: Keep all the packaging and damaged goods until we finish investigating. It really helps.

Additional Notes & Exceptions

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location, package size, and delivery speed.

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time. A valid physical street address is required for all deliveries.

Estimated delivery timelines are based on carrier performance under normal conditions. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control — such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, or peak holiday volume.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we’ll do our best to help — but additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
