You use the site? That means you agree to everything below. And if you’re unsure about any part — just ask us.
1. About the Website
kyteyape.com is managed by Kyteyape. It’s our shop. The products listed here? All made in advance.
We’re not doing that print-on-demand thing — the “order first, then print” model? Nope. What you see is already produced and sitting in stock. If it’s not in stock, it’s not here.
Sometimes people ask if we can reprint a sold-out item. The answer’s usually no — we run limited batches, and when they’re gone, they’re gone.
2. Who Can Order
You need to be 18 or older to check out.
Under 18? Then a parent or guardian needs to place the order for you.
We’ve seen a few situations where names on orders clearly didn’t match the account or shipping. If something like that happens, we pause the order and might follow up. (And yes, in some cases we’ve had to cancel — better safe than sorry.)
3. What You See vs. What You Get
We take time with product photos. Try to show things accurately. But screens… well, they mess with color.
So maybe that cream shirt looks a bit cooler on your screen — or maybe warmer on someone else’s phone. It happens.
Also, lighting, contrast, shadows — all that plays a role. The point is: expect a close match, not pixel-perfect color.
4. Placing an Order & Payment
We only start packing after you’ve paid.
Prices are shown in USD. If your card’s in a different currency, your bank handles the conversion — and the fee (if any).
If we see unusual activity — let’s say someone tries three cards, all fail, and the billing address jumps countries — we pause. We’re not accusing anyone. We just check first.
5. Canceling Your Order
You’ve got a 24-hour window to cancel.
After that, it might be packed. Or even handed to the shipper. Once it leaves our hands, there’s no “undo” button.
Best advice? If you change your mind — tell us fast.
6. Shipping Info
We ship across the U.S. only. No APOs. No P.O. Boxes. It’s not personal — it’s a logistics thing.
Carriers? Depends — USPS, UPS, FedEx. Whichever gets it to you best.
Once it’s out the door, it’s officially in the shipper’s hands. We’ll send tracking — so you’re not left wondering.
7. When Returns Are Possible
Returns are fine, but they have rules. You can read the full policy here: [insert link].
To keep it simple:
If the product is unused, in the same condition, and within the return window? You’re good.
Custom designs? That’s another story — keep reading.
8. Custom Stuff (Your Files, Your Responsibility)
If you send us a design, that’s what gets printed. We don’t check spelling. We don’t resize or color-correct.
We’ve had uploads where text ran off the edge — and yes, it printed that way.
So check your file. Zoom in. Preview it. Show a friend if needed. Once it’s submitted, we don’t touch it.
And no, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges on customized pieces unless we made a production mistake. Like… real damage.
9. Intellectual Property
Everything on this site — the logos, designs, photos, layout — it’s all ours. Or licensed to us.
You can’t take it. Can’t reuse it. Can’t upload it to your own shop.
If you want to feature our products on your blog or page — awesome — just credit us or ask first.
10. Accounts & Logins
You create an account? Cool. Just keep your login safe.
Any order or message that comes from your account — we treat it as you. If you share access, that’s on you.
We’ve closed accounts before when things looked fishy — duplicate names, repeated logins from strange places, fake reviews… it adds up.
11. Reviews — The Good, the Bad, and the Deleted
We welcome honest reviews.
But once in a while, someone tries to troll, or posts something personal, or fake — we don’t leave that up.
You don’t have to love the product to leave a review — just be fair. That’s all we ask.
12. Things You’re Not Allowed to Do
Don’t hack the site.
Don’t upload bad code.
Don’t impersonate someone else.
And definitely don’t use this site to break any laws.
Seems obvious, but… we’ve had to write this out for a reason.
13. Orders We Don’t Fulfill
Sometimes an order just doesn’t sit right. The name, address, or card looks off — or we get five big orders back to back from the same IP with different names.
We’ll hold those. Maybe contact you. Maybe cancel it altogether — especially if we don’t hear back.
14. Info That Needs to Be Right
You give us an address — that’s where it ships.
If something’s wrong — apartment missing, typo in the ZIP, phone number’s off — it affects delivery.
And if the order bounces back or gets lost because of that? We can’t cover it. Please check your info before you check out.
15. Images Are Just a Reference
What you see on the product page is a guide. Not a contract.
Lighting, screen settings, camera angles — all affect how things appear. We photograph our items as they are, but don’t expect photographic exactness under every light bulb.
16. Limited Runs & Availability
We don’t mass produce. Sometimes a design drops — and sells out the same week.
Also, we might pause certain products if we’re improving them or waiting for restock. No warning — it just happens.
17. No Promises About Longevity
Our stuff is built well — but how you care for it matters. Wash cold. Don’t throw it in the dryer on high. Don’t iron over the print.
We’ve had customers wear our tees for years. Others — ruin them in two washes. You get the idea.
18. When Things Go Wrong
Shipping delays. Tech glitches. Weather.
Or the internet just breaks that day.
We can’t guarantee smooth every time. We try our best — but we’ve had storms hold packages for 10 days. (It’s rare, but yes, it’s real.)
If something major happens, email us. We’ll talk through it.
19. Your Uploaded Files
By uploading your artwork, you’re confirming it’s yours to use.
No stolen art. No copyrighted characters. No surprise logos.
We’re just the printer here — you handle the rights.
And just to be clear: we don’t reuse, resell, or share your design. One order, one use.
20. What We Don’t Check (But You Should)
We don’t fix your files.
Not the color. Not the crop. Not even the typo in your quote.
We’ve seen designs that had white text on a white background. Printed exactly like that. The customer was confused — but honestly, we printed what we were given.
So again: preview it. Triple-check it. Once it’s sent, it’s final.
21. When Life Gets in the Way (Force Majeure)
Sometimes things go sideways — storms, system outages, shipping network crashes.
Or even unexpected events like lockdowns, supply chain failures, or (yes, we’ve seen this too) sudden carrier suspensions.
If something beyond our control delays your order or affects our ability to fulfill it — we’ll let you know.
But we can’t be held responsible for delays, losses, or interruptions caused by stuff like:
– Natural disasters
– Widespread illness or epidemic
– Government restrictions
– Internet or power outages
– Labor strikes, war, or unrest
We hate having to say it, but it’s real. These things happen. And when they do, it might slow things down.
22. If These Terms Ever Change
Policies change. Updates happen. We don’t send announcements every time we adjust a phrase — but when something meaningful changes in these Terms, the updated version is posted here.
By continuing to use the site after that, you’re agreeing to the latest version. If you ever want to review what’s changed, you’re already in the right place.
23. Disputes and Legal Stuff
These terms follow the laws of Virginia, USA. If we hit a dead end in resolving a dispute through conversation, the next step will be individual arbitration, not public court.
No big courtroom battles. Just a fair process — one-on-one, neutral ground.
Still, we’d always rather talk first. So if you have a problem, email us. We’ll try to make it right. If you have any questions about these Terms of Service, please contact us:
