Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your order — but if it doesn’t quite work out, we’re here to help. Below is our full return and exchange policy for orders placed on kyteyape.com.
Return Window — 45 Days
You have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
We believe this is enough time for you to try the item, check the quality, and decide if it’s right for you.
However, the product must still meet the conditions listed below — we can’t process returns on items that show wear or misuse, even within the 45-day period.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Items that look worn, smell like perfume, or show signs of use can’t be accepted. -
Products must be in their original packaging, with tags still attached (if applicable).
Items missing packaging or that arrive looking handled/tampered with will be denied.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
We’ll refund the amount paid (minus shipping fees if applicable) to your original payment method.
Please note: Your bank may take 1–2 billing cycles to reflect the funds in your account.
Exchange & Return Costs

If you’re returning an item because of a wrong size, changed mind, or personal preference, you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
We don’t offer free return labels in this case. -
If the issue is on our side (e.g. defective or incorrect item), we’ll cover the full return shipping and resend a replacement free of charge.
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
We process orders quickly, so cancellations after that window may not be guaranteed — the item might already be in production or in transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If something arrives broken or clearly defective:

Email or call us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. -
We’ll take care of the return shipping and issue a replacement, or refund if that’s preferred.

Issues reported after 45 days may not be eligible for support.
Custom Orders
Custom products (with personalized text, sizing, or uploaded images) are final sale — no returns or exchanges allowed unless there’s a printing or manufacturing mistake.
Before ordering a custom item, please double-check that:

Your image is high resolution

You’ve chosen the correct size and print placement

All personal details are entered correctly
We process custom orders exactly as submitted. We don’t crop, edit, or adjust your images — so what you send is what you get.
If the error is ours, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item, and we’ll fix it at no cost to you.

We strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service. We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of tracking.
